Technion Genomics Center (TGC)

Since 2009, we, at the Technion Genomics Center (TGC), provide advanced technologies and applications for academic and medical researchers, companies and institutions. We have been supporting research along the entire project trajectory, from initial experimental design through high-quality experimentation and finally customized data analysis.

TGC is positioned at the forefront of genomics by offering service on 10x Chromium technology, two Illumina sequencers (NextSeq2000 and MiSeq), as well as the Oxford Nanopore MinION long reads sequencer. Our team is comprised of highly trained and experienced scientists, who are experts in experimental and computational biology. We offer a range of applications in the level of the genome, transcriptome and epigenome, in bulk and single-cell resolution. Among those applications are single-cell RNAseq, spatial trancriptomics, multiomics, RNA-seq with poly(A) selection or ribosomal depletion, whole genome sequencing, exome sequencing, CEL-Seq, miRNA-seq, reduced-representation bisulfite sequencing, amplicon-seq, 16S, ChIP-seq, cell line authentication, Sanger, automatic DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR and more. Furthermore, our bioinformaticians, have extensive know-how for analyzing the data with tools from the public domain, software with a yearly license, and in-house customized scripts.

Altogether, the TGC functions as a one-stop shop, offering user-friendly and personalized genomic and bioinformatic solutions to our ever-growing clientele. We work closely with you and take pride in providing you with the tools and guidance necessary to make each project a success.
